Varadis is leveraging over 30 years of Tyndall technology development in the radiation monitoring space to bring the Varadis RADFET range to global markets.  The RADFETs are small, robust & cost-effective semiconductor devices which require no external power to detect radiation. Varadis RADFETS are today used in many diverse locations including the International Space Station and CERN’s Large Hadron Collider.
